detech.ai helps companies measure and improve the reliability of their products and services. We do this by productizing industry-leading Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices that use Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) as the foundation of the reliability stack. This approach has been used by SRE leaders at Facebook, Google, Netflix, Zalando, and others for years now, using custom technology that they've built in-house. To democratize access to these practices and deliver billions of dollars in value to our customers, we need incredible talent to achieve this ambitious goal.
Investors — we’re proud to be backed by some of the top investors in the world, having raised $2.6M to date from investors like: Techstars NYC, TheVentureCity, Shilling, Google’s SRE Director, and more!
About the role
We’re assembling a fantastic team of experienced, product-minded engineers — our early team is made up of people who have spent years writing reliable and scalable software at scale for companies like Amazon, OutSystems, and EDP.
As the Head of Product of an early stage startup, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the product and the way we build it. We’ve laid some good foundations, but we’re still very early in our journey, have a ton of things we want to build and a lot to learn along the way!
You must simultaneously have a broad view of company goals, needs, and success and maintain an in-depth focus on a product’s objectives, needs, and success.

How we work at detech.ai

We think of the company as a product, not just the software we're building. This is what we currently value in how we operate Rely.io’s Core Values.
