About The Role
Ideal candidate feels like they’re a Swiss army knife when it comes to the marketing profession. In order to keep us aligned with our ambitious growth plans٫ you will design٫ implement and monitor marketing growth strategies at scale. The ideal candidate is experienced٫ with proven end-to-end B2B growth marketing experience with a data driven mindset. A successful candidate is highly professional٫ driven٫ and should play a significant role in the strategic planning of our company. This position will report directly to our CEO; to have authority to independently create marketing strategy from start to finish

Responsibilities
Top 3 Role Responsibilities:

Planning + Execution – Assist in defining, executing and optimizing integrated digital marketing strategies for audience segmentation, developing and executing on data-driven marketing strategies that optimize Reloadly's b2b customer acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty.Data-Driven Marketing – Develop a thorough understanding of member and prospect personas to ensure the right audiences are targeted with the right value propositions at the right time to optimize ROI and CPA; Partner with other resources to create relevant, compelling content / graphics and actionable nurturing experiences for target audience segments, constantly testing & optimizing user journeys to boost performance and ROI CAC and implementing all facets of a test-and-learn conversion optimization strategy. Ultimately, you’ll use data to understand conversion drivers and optimize your multi-variation testing and inbound traffic.Marketing Automation – Execute automated marketing campaigns through our marketing automation platform, including development and execution of integrated digital communications programs including email and lead nurture campaigns, landing page creation, integration with paid search, display and social campaigns and other programs to ensure all marketing activities are fully integrated, fully trackable and fully measurable.

Requirements
·  Data driven experience with tools such as Amplitude, Segment Google Analytics, Tableau and Google Tag Manager

·  Growth hacker

·  Build and optimize landing pages, tracking, performance

·  Front-end code is a plus: basics of HTML and CSS.

·  Web scraping for the collection of potential B2B leads.

·  Data Tracking & Analytics

·  Acquisition Marketing (Social, Search, Content, Retargeting, Email, etc.)

·  Conversion Rate Optimization & A/B-testing

·  UX/UI

·  SEO Hacker, Growth channel wizard, Segmentation and Cohorts expert

·  Work with product + engineering to optimize acquisition funnel and customer retention

·  Ideally B2B SaaS, API, or Devtools marketing experience

·  7+ years of progressive marketing experience

·  Proven work in a senior role such as Marketing Director٫ VP of Marketing٫ or similar.

·  Experience in the design and implementation of successful marketing campaign(s)

Desired Skills
