What does Smowltech do?

Smowltech is on a mission to build trust in online learning. So will enable people to access quality education 100% online and as a consequence access to new opportunities that can improve their quality of life.

Online education is growing, but with it, some common problems are arising across the industry: teachers and evaluators do not trust to evaluate online.

How can organizations avoid online fraud? How can organizations verify that a user was actually the one who took the online exam or actually acquired the required skills in the online course?

Smowltech was born with the aim of helping organizations improve the quality assurance of their online evaluations. We have developed a system and method of authentication and continuous monitoring of the user in an online service using multibiometry.

Position Summary

This position is one of the first touch-points that our customers and potential prospects will have with the Smowltech brand. This role requires an energetic, organized, and motivated individual to research and understand the market as well as how Smowltech can help organizations. As a Sales Development Representative you will gain experience interacting with customers of all levels across a variety of industries. You will work closely with our Head of Sales and marketing department to gain new business within specific territories. Responsibilities

  • Represent our company‚Äôs products: starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to customer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Reach out to new prospects: research and evaluate additional prospects through creative research (web, databases, call, linkedin, etc)
  • Develop targeted lists, call/email/social outreach strategies, and relevant messaging to create new business opportunities.
  • Work with our leadership team to create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists.
  • Conduct your own cold calling and emailing campaigns.
  • Analyze your performance to perfect your arguments and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the broader Sales and Customer success teams to understand your prospects' needs and adapt your pitch.
  • Generate leads and build relationships: by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Qualify opportunities and handle objections.
  • Prioritize clients and define approach mechanism: define and segment clients based on relevance and priorities
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for next steps.
  • Prepare reports and keep track of sales cycle: weekly and monthly reports to keep track of progress and sales funnel
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Achieve or exceed monthly appointment quotas.
