Flourish for Institutions (https://flourishfi.com) is changing the relationship between people and money. We believe we can build solutions to help our banking partners empower the millions of consumers in Latin America to establish positive money habits by making it feel like play. We drive people to adopt digital banking services, start and grow a savings account, create their credit score, pay their bills on time and develop other positive financial behaviors.

We started our journey with gamifying savings and digitizing banking users. With Latin American banks, we see a 20% increase in user digitization rate and 75% of the users maintain or increase their savings balance monthly. We have signed several customers in the Americas, created a solid initial team and are ready for the next steps.

Now, we are looking to hire a Head of Product to improve product, develop product-led growth strategy and expand our product offerings to current and prospective banks all around the Americas.

You will be a thought partner with the founders and enjoy the breadth of thinking that comes with leading a product organization at a young startup - business strategy, setting and managing OKRs, leading product discovery and delivery, and developing and coaching team members.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the founders to define the expanded product vision and strategy for Flourish; develop a roadmap to incrementally deliver
  • Define and manage Product KPIs and company's OKRs to measure progress towards the vision
  • Build and mentor a Product team of product designers and product managers to support and implement the vision
  • Work closely with external (Investors, customers, press, partners) and internal (Partnerships, Technology, Operations) stakeholders to communicate or derive feedback for Product direction.

What you will need to be successful

  • 8+ years in consumer-oriented B2B / enterprise product management roles using agile methodologies
  • Experience in building and scaling a Product organization
  • Bias for action, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience within FinTech, payments, or other regulated industries managing products and services
  • Personal Interest and involvement in the financial services, financial education industry and technology trends
  • Experience coordinating among engineering and data science teams.
  • Able to partner directly with engineers, demonstrating a technical mindset and a passion for details
  • Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data as evidence to support your strategy
  • You work with a sense of empathy for others, both end users and your colleagues, and are capable of
  • Gathering actionable customer feedback
  • Being the connector of customers, marketing/sales, business stakeholders

English is the official language at the company. Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese is necessary, and fluency in both is a valuable plus.
